Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MOTOR.PLATFORM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: MOTOR.PLATFORM SaaS, operated by Northern Coast Group.
• Supplier: Farm, ranch, fishery, or agri-business listing products.
• Buyer: Individual or entity purchasing from the platform.
• Certificate: Valid certification from a recognized authority.

3. Supplier Obligations

• Maintain valid certification (MyGAP, GlobalG.A.P., Organic, MSC, ASC, etc.) at all times.
• Ensure certificate is issued by a recognized authority.
• Notify the platform immediately if certificate expires or is revoked.
• Products must comply with food safety and traceability standards.

4. Service Fee

A SaaS Platform Service Fee of 13% is charged on every successful transaction. No subscription. No setup fee. Partner Suppliers: fee agreed individually.

5. Compliance & Suspension

The platform monitors certificates daily. If a certificate expires or is found invalid, the supplier will be suspended and products delisted until compliance is restored.

6. Verification

All certificates are verified via API or manual review by authorized verifiers. Verification is not a substitute for official regulatory approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform serves as an intermediary. We are not liable for quality, safety, or authenticity of products listed by suppliers. Liability limited to fees paid to the platform in the previous 6 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes resolved in Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed.
